I have many folders and I have few sheets in each of these folders with only variables and formulas and I use those as a template sheet.

Each quarter I duplicate the template sheet and start working on it for that quarter. This creates a lot of sheets in one folder. Most of the time I just want to see the current year’s calculations alone in the folder. For now I’ve created an archive folder and move the older sheets.

So, I think an option to archive these older sheets with a swipe on the sheet (along side the share & delete button ) in the left column will be better.
