Let's say I want to add a custom unit called "workhours", similar to existing workdays, which is equal to

workdays * 8

. But I can't do that since custom units support only static values

So your request is to define custom units in terms of workdays or fractions of workdays?

but I meant support any calculations in custom units. but now that I can't come up with another useful example, maybe your solution will suffice
