I know this may seem trivial, but I wanted to use Soulver for a long time before I finally did, mainly because the UI felt intimidating at first.
However, once I started using it, I found it to be incredibly powerful! I have a few suggestions that could enhance the UI/UX a bit more:
  • Change the color of the right answers sidebar to match the main sheet, or consider adding an option for users to customize it.
  • Introduce an option to move the total to the top or bottom center of the sheet. This would reduce the space taken up by the right panel without sacrificing visibility of the total (screenshot attached).
  • Consider hiding the scrollbar area when it’s not in use, or at least make it the same color as the rest of the sheet.
  • Provide an option to customize the answer’s color.
