Stationary name for sheet

I have a few scratch pad sheets. I often need to erased what's there and will do that with CTRL+A + Delete. That removes the first line as well and the sheet is renamed from whatever it was to "Empty".
It would be great if the naming of the sheets could be separate from the first line, or better yet: make it possible to protect a line from being deleted

I would heartily endorse this idea. I have multiple sheets & I didn't even realize that they could have text labels from the first line, as I thought the sheet was just for calculations. Named sheets would make distinguishing between them much easier
